Ans: Throgh cell dividion (interphase and M-phase).

Ans: No. ~5% of total duration of Cell cycle has the ability to divide a cell (M-phse).

Ans: No, not all cell can divide in plants and animals. eg.
In case of plants, parenchyma, collencyma and sclenchyma cells loose its ability to divide.
Similarly, in case of animals, heart cells, neuron cells etc have no power of division. (in short, anucleated cells can not show division).
Q.4. Can you tell the name and the location of tissues having cells that divide all their life in higher plants.
Ans: In higher plants Meristimatic Cells have the ability to divide till the life ends.
